I had several issues and right before a holiday and originally I couldn’t be seen due to the holidays that they managed to squeeze me in anyway which I am very grateful for. Dominic came out and did the repair who was a great communicator, knowledgeable, and explained everything every step of the way, I felt he was very honest and his work was perfect. I asked him about an additional service I wanted, and I am now scheduling again requesting him. I am thoroughly impressed with the company, providing me information about the technician prior to the arrival and communicating with me through several channels, I would not use anyone else now that I have found Ryan Electric.
