    Residential electricians 

    Are you a top-notch electrician who is all about customer service?  Are you looking to grow alongside your teammates in a rewarding career?  Ryan Electric is hiring an Electrician to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, inspection, and repair of residential electrical systems.  We primarily respond to service calls in existing residences, so customer service skills are a must.  Experience with residential electrical systems and code is preferred. Ryan Electric offers competitive pay based on your experience level, performance, and willingness to meet goals. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance and retirement plans with company-match. 

    The workweek is typically 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.  Working overtime hours during high-demand seasons is required. 

    • Install, inspect, and repair residential electrical systems in existing homes
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Communicate with clients and find how to best serve their needs
    • Use company software in an accurate and timely manner
    • Maintain your truck so that it remains neat, clean, and organized
    • Maintain a clean and organized job site
    • Actively participate in all training exercises and meetings
    • 2+ years in the electrical trade preferred
    • Adaptable team player
    • Positive attitude and desire to learn
    • Communication skills and ability to present professionally
    • Self-starter, reliability, flexibility with hours
    • Take pride in work
    • Manage time and tasks effectively
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
    • Must pass background check and random drug testing
    • Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems

    Apprentice

    Are you interested in learning a skilled trade and starting a successful career in the electrical industry?  Are you a team player who is always looking to improve their abilities?  Ryan Electric is hiring an Apprentice to join our fast-growing team. You will assist in all aspects of the installation, inspection, and repair of residential electrical systems.  We primarily respond to service calls in existing residences, so customer service skills are a must.  This is an entry-level position, so no electrical experience is required. Ryan Electric offers competitive starting pay based on your prior experience, performance, and wage increases as your skills develop.  Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance and retirement plans with company-match. 

    The workweek is typically 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.  Working overtime hours during high-demand seasons is required.
